Clerk was asked to look again into the issue of the air conditioning units on the side of the West Country Vending. There is still some debate as to whether planning permission was sought and a noise survey was carried out. Clerk to look into this.

Clerk was asked to look into the legality of the newly built wall in Eckweek Road as this area is believed to been designated open plan. Clerk to check with Land Registry and report back to John Dando from the Planning Department in B&NES.

Cllr Gregory reported that the hedge between Springfield and Fairfield is down. Clerk to look into this and report back to committee.

The Chairman of council reported that he has received a letter stating that the money paid to B&NES by Cubex for a sound barrier between them and the residents of the estates has never used for the purpose it was intended for. Chair has written back to Mr Hollingsworth asking for answers.

Cllr C Rich informed the committee that an enforcement notice has now been on Mr Godwin of Fairgrove for his illegal access.
