    2. These minutes, which had been previously circulated were taken as read, agreed a true record and signed by the Chairman

  1. Bath Business Park Industrial Scheme: Cllr Colin Rich has kindly agreed to take these papers away with him and study as it was a very lengthy document . He will report back to the committee at the next meeting.
  1. New planning applications

    2. Six were viewed and comments recorded in the Planning Register.

  2. Planning decisions made by B&NES

    3. None have been received since the last meeting.

Clerk was asked to look at:

The possible illegal building in Firgrove hill,

The planning application and noise studies of the air conditioning units on the side of the vending company building.

What is happening to the Shelf talk building now it has become unstable.

Writing to the Planning Department in B&NES and asking them about the large hole in the old petrol station that has been there some time and what if anything is to be done about it.
