Minutes of a Planning Committee meeting held on Monday 14th March 2005 at 7 p.m. in the Cricket Clubhouse

Present: Cllr. E J Derrick (Chairman)

Cllrs. J S Bolwell, F J Day, M J Gregory and Mrs. M Kennedy.

Also in attendance: - Cllrs. C Rich, J P Rich and Mrs. R M Rich.

Two members of the public.

An apology was received from Cllr. J W Goring.

There were no questions or comments.

  1. Minutes of a Planning Committee meeting held on 7th February 2005

    2. These minutes, which had been previously circulated were taken as read, agreed a true record and signed by the Chairman.

  2. Matter arising from the minutes of 7th February 2005

    3. BT poles in Hillcrest

    Clerk reported that he had now written to the Chief Executive BT asking for a clear reason why these poles were erected in this "undergrounded" area. Noted.

  3. New Applications

    4. Three were considered and comments recorded in the Planning Register.

  4. Planning Decisions made by B&NES

Several were considered and were in line with this Council's policies except for two which will be challenged by the Clerk.
